CHIP is pleased to support the City of Indianapolis in its campaign to increase donations to local organizations that provide housing and services to homeless individuals and to discourage panhandling.
Over the course of the next year, CHIP will be engaging in a broader effort to expand the awareness activities across the public, private, nonprofit, and business communities, including focus groups, a community survey, periodic counts of panhandlers, and a media campaign.
