Training/Technical Assistance
CHIP offers extensive training and technical assistance in order to increase the capacity of local housing and service providers
Cost Studies/Evaluation
Local evaluations and studies that supplement national data are conducted in order to help gain support from local public and private leaders, donors, and the general community.
Blueprint Work Plan
Implementation of the Blueprint may require adjustments and changes within individual programs. The Program Models Matrix was developed in order to provide a concrete and detailed strategy to help tailor each individual program for Blueprint implementation.
Engagement Center
CHIP has assembled a task force and is leading efforts to develop a temporary shelter or “engagement center” for people who are publicly intoxicated and without a home, and to provide them with shelter, safety, and access to treatment.
Advocacy
CHIP advocates for funding, services and partner collaborations that support the implementation of Blueprint initiatives.
