Coordinated Entry System (CES) Administrator
CHIP is seeking a skilled and dedicated person to lead the day-to-day operations of the Indianapolis Coordinated Entry System and to provide support to community-based access points and assessors. The CES Administrator will spearhead implementation of the core elements of CES including Access, Assessment, Prioritization and Referral. This position serves a key role in a small, dynamic, and highly collaborative organization. The team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and consultants. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and adaptable individual with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

CHIP drives a system-wide, community response to make homelessness rare, short-lived, and recoverable. Through leadership and collaboration, CHIP secures and leverages funding to support the homeless service sector, manages and analyzes data at both a micro and macro-level, advocates for policy change and the local, state, and federal levels, and project manages the strategies identified in the Community Plan in partnership with key stakeholders. CHIP serves as the collective impact lead or backbone agency working towards the goal of ending homelessness in Indianapolis.
