CHIP announces the release of the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP) report. The report presents data from the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) in Indy on 2,477 adults and children served in the HPRP implemented from 2009 – 2012. This program demonstrated a high rate of permanent housing placement and low rates of re-entry to homeless services among program participants. The complete report can be accessed here.
