CoC YHDP Funding

The Youth Homelessness NOFO combines funding from FY2024 and FY2025 for both the Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement (YHSI) grants and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program
(YHDP).

Prospective applicants are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 9:00-10:00 AM ET to coordinate their funding plans to comprehensively respond to youth homelessness. This meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with attendees invited to join virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person at the offices of the Department of Metropolitan Development at the City County Building (200 E Washington St., Ste. 2042, Indianapolis, IN 46204). The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD) announced the publication of the Youth Homelessness NOFO, CPD-2600-DC-0035, on June 10th, 2026. This YHDP NOFO offers $193,000,000 to help communities develop systems and projects to dramatically reduce youth homelessness.
