United Way of Central Indiana and CHIP are relaunching the Case Management Institute (CMI), designed to train and support frontline workers who are dedicated to housing navigation and housing case management. United Way has engaged a team of consultants to review the old curriculum, gather information about local needs and desires for an improved curriculum and build it out.
