The Indianapolis Community Plan to End Homelessness 2018 - 2023, a five-year plan that includes a set of long-term solutions providing the types of systemic reforms necessary to take a truly collaborative approach to end homelessness in our community and serve as a catalyst to developing real solutions for this urgent need. This plan is written and launched by the Indianapolis Continuum of Care and CHIP. The goal of the five-year plan is that by 2023, any individual or family in Indianapolis who become homeless will spend no more than 30 days without a permanent, safe, affordable place to live.
