Past lives: juvenile probation officer, social services case manager, retired career firefighter, child and family wraparound services provider, housing and neighborhood inspector, and student. I’m a proud husband and father, a big introvert with a competitive streak, and someone who believes in giving my all whether that’s on the tennis court or in everyday life. I love traveling, especially anywhere I can soak up the Caribbean sun. I’m fluent in ASL, so if you see me talking with my hands, now you know why! I prefer tea over coffee, and I’m passionate about helping others. I strongly believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. My work with Child Services and adult probation has shaped my heart for advocacy and second chances

Supporting neighbors experiencing homelessness through the Streets to Home Indy initiative, conducting street outreach, helping people navigate housing options, and connecting them to the resources needed to move into stable housing.
Niki’s entire career has been centered on social services where she has worked in a variety of environments: foster care, youth residential services, juvenile and adult corrections, school/home-based care coordination, medical, and homeless services. Niki is known for her ability to build close collaborative relationships and engage with a wide network of people and resources to support and assist each neighbor as effectively as possible
