Phase 1 of the Streets to Home Indy Initiative aims to connect 300 Indianapolis residents sleeping outdoors directly to housing and partner with them to achieve housing stability. CHIP and our Streets to Home Indy partners are committed to sharing progress in this work. As part of that effort, we will release regular progress reports on this site. Stay tuned, as this page will likely evolve as the Streets to Home Indy team continues to learn, refine processes and data integration, and adapt this proven model to our community!
