The 2024-2025 Winter Contingency Plan for Indianapolis begins November 1st, 2024, and runs through March 31st, 2025. The plan is available below. Overflow for single men and women is active starting Friday, November 1st. Family Overflow shelter has been established at School 68 by the City of Indianapolis in partnership with Aspire Health. Family overflow became active on December 15, 2024. Community partners will continue working together to try to create more flow out of shelters, expand housing options, and open space as capacity allows. This is an evolving and working plan and will be updated as additional resources and options are identified. Please continue to check this page for additional information.
